Electromophon Tabletop C 1924

I've found some strange machines over the years - one day at Christi'e i saw a GIANT upright gramophone with a grille Hand carved with fruit & Flowers 2" thick - it was an "Electromophon" and sadly only made £100, luckily i could never have got it home on the Train so didn't Buy !

i did buy the machine below which i assume dates to 1924 - probably very expensive in Weimar Germany

With the most unusual trademark of any machine i've seen - is it Josephine Baker ?
