Berliner Puzzle Plate 1901

Post by Gmemg » Thu Dec 14, 2017 9:50 pm

Berliner Produced several Puzzle plates from the mid 1890's - how this came about i don;t know but i imagine that a some point one of the recording engineers , perhaps as a joke, made one of these records and thus they were issued commercially

This one, recorded 21/1 1901 has three tunes :

"Piano solo - "Military Man" From Florodora By Leslie Stuart (Very Topical !)

""Solo- "That's the way to Kiss a Girl"

"Vocal - "A Dream"

Here it is :
Estott : "An Ancient Half - Mad Uncle "

My U - Tube Channel is :

Corruption in the CLPGS :
The Seven Social Sins are:
Wealth without work. Pleasure without conscience. Knowledge without character .Commerce without morality. Science without humanity. Worship without sacrifice. Politics without principle.

Money. Greed. Naivety. Falsehoods. Exploitation. Welcome to the wonderful world of gramophones!

"He has as much comedic talent as the Straight man on a Linguaphone record "
Si vis pacem, para bellum Der Morgige Tag Ist Mein
